PB&J

It was pretty serious in our house this evening as the girls made their own PB&Js for dinner.  This is pretty much their favorite lunch/dinner food, and they would probably eat it for every meal if they could.  They really liked being able to make their own (with a little help, of course).

 

Eating them was almost as good... but still serious business!  PB&J is no joking matter!

first day of new preschool/daycare!

To our ~two readers that are still out there after we haven't posted for a month: thanks for still reading!! (and maybe you should really work on getting a hobby!)


Claire and Lise were very excited last week in the morning before their first day of going to a new preschool (for Claire) and daycare (for Lise) - they are in the same building, but different rooms.



Here they are on the playground there right before we left... maybe not quite as bubbly, but so far they are adjusting pretty well. And we are very happy with our choice!

Hopefully we'll post again soon... the pictures have moved to my computer, which might make things easier!

Is July really almost over?

Can't believe July is close to over already. Here are a few pictures of (in no particular order) visit to MN to see cousins and friends (and dogs, the Mississippi river, and a great swing set), a hike through the woods before the hot spell hit, and blueberry yogurt popsicles.
