Claire is 9 months old today! She celebrated by taking her first job. She will be walking our friends' dog Evander once a week over lunchtime. (with a little help from her dad.) She likes dogs a lot, except when they bark loudly right next to her. That's almost as scary as the vacuum cleaner and the food processor.

That just seems irresponsible. That dog could have eaten her hand. Dogs eat hands, you know? They think the fingers are tiny sausages.
